This stunning hat really is the perfect finishing touch to your vintage outfit.
Made in America in the 1940's and labelled "American Design Original New York Creation" it is made from cerise pink fabric which has narrow seaming allover and is finished with a black tassel in the back.
The hat can be worn on the back of the head but also looks good sat slightly higher and tilted to one side. However you choose to wear it, you'll need to secure it with an elastic or a pin.
Measurements
This has a label that says it will fit a 22" head but please look at the style and check the measurements to make sure you're happy with the fit of this piece.

Condition
Very good with some minor points to note:
- minor wear on the inner grosgrain band
- a couple of small faint spots on the hat
