This is such a lovely piece.
Made in the 1930s, this walking suit features an unlined pleated skirt which fastens on the left hip with poppers and a hook an eye. The jacket is loose fitting in the front and closely tailored in the back. Smart lapels, pointed patch pockets and fully lined, it fastens with 4 original plastic buttons.
The fabric is black, cream, grey and red and the checks are approximately 2" wide.
