This pretty little dress was made in the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Made from soft green textured crepe with a soft green base, it has a novelty print design of horses and fences worked in brown and cream.
The bodice is close fitting and fastens with poppers and has adorable little buttons with leaf middles. It has flutter sleeves, a rounded neckline and has a side opening which fastens with poppers. The skirt is simple in design with just a little bit of gathering in the front and the piece would look great belted.
