This classic 1940's was made in America and is labelled 'Hamilton Fashions New York'.
Single breasted, it is made from smooth weave wool in navy blue. With a cinched waist, spherical buttons and piped pocket and collar detail, it is a very stylish jacket which would be a great wardrobe staple for any vintage lover.

Condition
Fair to good with the following points to note
- it has been stored for many years and has slight storage odour, but this will air out
- the brooch on the lapel has been sewn in place as it is covering some damage - not added by me and easily swapped for a brooch of your choosing
- the buttons have been moved at some point and there are slight marks to show this
- some light scuffs in places
- three teeny darns in a row on the back right hip
- generally looking a little tired
