This little hat was made in the 1940's and is labelled Harrods.
Made from inky black felt it is a neat little hat designed to sit perched on the top of your head and tilted to the right side. Trimmed with a band of grosgrain, with a large bow in the back.
It is the perfect finishing touch to your vintage outfit.

Inner 17.5" but as it is only meant to sit on the top it will fit up to a 22" head
