This neat little hat was made in the 1930's and is labelled 'Phantom - The Personality Hat'.
Made from rust felt it is a close fitting piece with a seamed crown and neat brim. Trimmed with a band of grosgrain, which fastens into a bow at the front, it is the perfect finishing touch to your vintage outfit.

Condition
Fair with the following points to note;
- there are two small moth holes on the left brim, 1x3mm and 1x5mm
- the inner band has a significant number of moth holes - see photos - but this isn't seen when worn
- there are scattered areas of grazing to the crown, but only to the upper layer of nap and not actual holes
Although it has issues it is still a fabulous little piece and has been priced to reflect the issues.
