This high style hat was made in the 1930's and is labelled Marshall & Snelgrove.
Made from pale grey felt it has a close fitting, seamed back and a wonderfully high brim which is higher on the right than the left. Finished off will real rabbit fur it is a very stylish piece from the late 1930's.

Condition
Felt is in very good order with no points to note. The fur trim has light wear to a few edges, but nothing major. There are some spots of discolouration on the inner grosgrain.
