This unusual hat was made in the 1950's.
Made from wide lacquered raffia in pale grey it has a shallow crown with a rolled brim, which stands up in the front. Can be worn flat on the top of your head but works well tilted to either side and is finished off perfectly with an oversized grosgrain bow.

Due to the flat design it will fit any size head.

Condition
Good. Shows minor wear. Points to note;
- there are some pinhole spots on the crown, see photo
- a few pieces of crumpled raffia in places
