This piece has been hand knitted from a wartime knitting pattern featured in the June 1945 edition of Home Notes magazine. The victory knit it has been worked in navy, red and white.
Beautifully knitted, but not by me, I don't know what the fibre content is. I believe it to be acrylic but I can't be certain that there isn't a degree of wool in there too so if you have any allergy to wool then I don't recommend you purchase this piece.

Condition
This has been worn and loved and so there is quite a lot of bobbling and some pilling on the yarn but it still has loads of life left in it. Please look closely at the photos to make sure you're happy with the level of wear on the piece.
