This piece has been entirely hand knitted from an original late 1930's knitting pattern.

The perfect piece to keep you warm, this ski jacket has striped fronts which have then been embroidered with vertical stripes in matching shades. The design is carried through onto the bottom section of the sleeves and the same three colours are used in the crochet border down the fronts and around the neck and then the piece is finished off perfectly with original 1940's buttons.

Worked in King Cole Merino Blend DK wool in Cranberry it has stripes worked in Mustard, Bottle and Chocolate.

Knitted as per the pattern apart from the button band where more buttons have been added to reduce gaping.

 

Measurements

This piece is not meant to be super close fitting or it will gape at the front opening and it will not sit right. It will best fit up to a 36"/37" bust but to make sure it will fit you properly, including the shoulders and length, please compare the measurements below with a similar piece you already own;
