A classic fit and flair coat from the late 1940s or early 1950s.
This beautifully tailored wardrobe staple has such wonderful lines. Labelled Caldriac this piece fastens with mottled buttons which have also been added to the sleeves for detail. Made from medium weight wool in a self stripe, it is crepe lined and has two pockets in the skirt section. The detailing on the back is unusual and the centre panel drops below the natural waistline in a deep curve.
