This fabulous blouse and skirt set was made in the 1950's by 'Marilese'.
Made from barkcloth it has a white base and a vibrant geometric print in orange, olive green and black.
The blouse is loose fitting, as it is designed to be tucked into the skirt, and it fastens with 3 pearlised buttons and has a smart collar.
The skirt is smooth fitting in the front and has deep pleats in the back. It fastens on the left side with a metal zip and hook and is finished perfectly with two deep patch pockets.

Structurally very good with the following minor points to note;

- a few patches of very faint discolouration, so faint I can't get them to show on the photos but they are there although you have to look for them - worst one is in the skirt
