This is a neat little bag from the 1930s or 1940s.
Made from chocolate brown leather it is a great, practical sized bag which has three good sized pockets allowing plenty of room for your essentials! It fastens with poppers on the front and has one large inner section which has two teeny flat pockets which might fit a bank card in but not much more. There is a small pocket on the back.

Condition
Good but it does show a little bit of wear - which I think adds to the charm of the piece. Please look at the photographs carefully to make sure that you are happy with the wear, which is mostly on the corners and also note the following;
- there are two breaks in the decorative leather thonging which goes around the edges
- there is a small scuff on the front where there was a sticker
- there are some lavender pieces trapped in the folds at the bottom of the bag - this isn't really an issue but I can't get them out. The previous owner kept their bags stuffed with lavender to deter moths
