This is such an charming brooch.
Made in the 1930's or 1940's it features a beautifully dressed lady in a pink, puff sleeved frock and jaunty little hat holding a chain lead to which a Scottie dog is attached.
A really good sized piece, it would be the perfect finishing touch for your outfit.
