This is an adorable little brooch.
Made in the 1940's it features a sweet little pair of black dogs, one with a red collar, the other green, all with a nice shiny finish.
A great little brooch and the perfect way to add a pop of colour to your lapel but is also small enough to wear at the neck of a blouse.
