This is a such a charming hat.
Made in the 1950s and labelled "A Webflex Hat Reg'd" it is made from dark blue straw, which appears almost black in the photos.
It is meant to sit on the back of your head, a bit like a bonnet, and is trimmed with bands of grosgrain and a huge double rose in pink.

It will fit up to a 21" head as it is meant to sit on the back of your head, rather than fully on.

Condition
Structurally it is in very good condition but the flowers are very faded, which looks really charming. The fade is even and looks like a feature rather than a fault.
