This is a charming little hat.
Made in the 1920s from cotton velvet, this close fitting cloche has the classic shape of the era with a neat turned back brim. It has a ruched section in the back and is trimmed with an inky black celluloid and paste trim.
Measurements
This piece needs to fit fully on your head and will work on a 22" head.
Condition
Good with some points to note;
- the inner lining is shattered and splits when touched but the hat can be worn as is, as you don't see the lining when its on, or you could replace the lining
- minor loss of nap on some of the edges
The piece has been priced to reflect the faults.
