This piece is exceptional and looks much better in real life than the photos show.
Made in the 1930's and labelled "Sidroy Tailored" it is made from medium weight wool. There is a fine textured stripe to the fabric and little nubby bits in the stripe and it comes in a gorgeous shade of ivy green.
The buttons are off-set, as is so common with these 1930's coats, and the collar can be worn open or there is a hook at the neck which gives the gorgeous stand-up collar. It has fabulous seaming detail, is fully lined and is trimmed with a fluffy fox fur collar.
The fur is real, so if you are allergic to animals please do not purchase.

This piece isn't meant to be worn close fitting and will best fit up to a 36-30-40, depending what you intend to wear underneath it. To ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar shaped piece you already own. All measurements have been taken on the outside.

Condition
Very good with some points to note;
- a small 1" area on the back of the coat where the upper nap has thinned
- a slightly scruffy repair on the back of the left underarm - see photo
- three areas of wear on the collar. One on the front edge at the point of crossover, one on the right side where it touches the right shoulder and one of the back of the piece. The fur has rubbed off during wear, the skin is supple underneath
- some discolouration to the lining
