This incredible hat was made in America in the 1940's and is labelled 'New York Creations'.
A fabulous tilt topper style piece it has a small base with a band running around the back which helps to keep the piece in place. The top of the hat is trimmed with a scalloped pleated fan of felt which is trimmed with a grosgrain bow in the back.
A statement hat which would make a great addition to a vintage lover's wardrobe.
