This dress was made in the 1930s from navy wool in a medium weight and the top of the bodice is lined to help the piece keep the shape.
It is a classic, elegant piece featuring long sleeves, which fasten with tiny covered buttons, a smart collar, pleated skirt, back belt and a dropped waist detail. It has been beautifully made.
