This is such a charming hat.
Made in the 1930's from fine straw, it is in a pretty blue green shade which is a rare colour to find.
Designed to fit fully on your head it has a neat brim with triple pleat detail. The narrow brim has a pleat in the front and the back and the hat is trimmed with cream and blue grosgrain bands which are studded with red glass beads. The hat is lined.
The perfect summer hat for the 1930's enthusiast.

Condition
Very good structurally with only minor points to note;
- there are some minor marks on the inner, most likely makeup
- there is overall fade. When you look under the grosgrain bands it is clear to see that the hat was originally much bluer. The fade is even so it doesn't detract from the beauty of the piece.
