This charming little woollen has been crocheted using what feels like pure wool with a pearlised off-white coloured thread running through it. It is a charming design with a pointed back, loose fitting front and sleeves which are trimmed with scalloped edge crochet. It ties at the neck with baby pink ribbons.
From the back is looks like a traditional shawl but from the front it looks like a conventional bed jacket - I've not seen one like this before.
Measurements
This is quite an open sized piece due to the design and will fit up to a 38” bust.
Length from the back neck to the bottom of the point 19"
Underarm sleeve length 9"
Condition
Very good with some minor points to note;
- there are two darns in the front of the piece - see photos
- there are a couple of areas with missing marabou feathers - see photos
