This beautiful dress was made in the 1930's.
Made from think satin backed crinkle crepe in dark brown it features slim fitting sleeves with a trio of glass buttons at the wrist, a button front bodice with ruched sections either side and a seamed skirt. Due to the colour of the piece it has been hard to show the decorative seaming in the skirt and looks much better in person.
