Please note these are being sold as display only due to the fact that someone has painted them green and I'm not convinced the green will hold if the shoes bend when worn.
These fabulously stylish shoes were made in Belgium in the 1930's and are labelled CARRE FRERES DE LUXE. Made from snakeskin and leather, the toes are textured while the rest of the shoes are smooth leather apart from cutout trim in the back which is trimmed with snakeskin too.
Classic styling of the era they are a stunning example of their time.
Measurements
The shoes are petite and measure 9" along the inner, are 2 5/8th" wide on the sole, have a 2 1/4" heel and a 4 3/4" vamp. However, they are being sold for display only, not for wear.
Condition
The shoes are deadstock and are structurally in gorgeous condition. However, they have been painted green by someone and there are three small scuffs to the paint.
