This is a beautiful example of an original 1930's hat.
Made from lacquered straw in two-tone brown and cream, it has a neat crown which is designed to fit fully on your head and tilted to one side. The brim is made up of two bands of straw, one pale and a rich chocolate band on the outer. The hat is then trimmed with simple bands of grosgrain and an oversized bow.

Very good with only minor points to note;
- there is some discolouration on the inner band, probably makeup
- there is a mark on the paler section of the bow end - see photo
