Please note this piece is not in good condition. It is very much a wounded but wearable so please look at the photos, and read the condition report, to make sure you're happy with the many issues.
This charming piece was made in the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Made from buttermilk coloured crepe it has a neat dropped shoulder design with an embroidered yoke. The yoke meets a finely gathered bodice, which gives the piece wonderful fullness. The blouse has an elasticated waist and fastens at the back with two little buttons.
Measurements
This piece will best fit up to a 35" bust but to make sure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own. It is meant to be a loose fitting piece and you'll need to be able to fit your bust through the flat waist measurement.

Condition
Very wounded but wearable. It has numerous, large, very visible darns - see photos - it has some discolouration and a few pinholes when held up to the light. Still great for a re-enactor.
