This is a sweet little hat.
Made in the 1940's from navy blue straw, it is a small piece which would work for day or evening wear. It has a navy and off-white ruffle trim and is finished off perfectly with a little bow. There is a comb in the back to help keep the hat in place.

Because of the design it will work on any head size.
