This pretty floppy day dress was made in the 1940's. Due to some of the styling details I believe it was originally a housecoat, which someone has shortened to make it into a dress.
It is a button through design, fastening with pink glass buttons. It has a neat collar which has fine seaming and has a tie belt. The fabric has a gorgeous weight to it and has a white base with a dusky pink floral print.

The dress will best fit a 36-28-42 but to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;

Shoulder to hem 47" with 1" hem allowance - dropping the hem may show
Circumference of skirt at hem 110"
Condition
Good with the following points to note;
- there is a faint mark on the back of the collar - see photo
- there is some wear to buttonholes, but minor
- wear behind some of the buttons
