Made in the 1940's from a medium weight, slightly textured, crepe it is labelled Maxton O/S which means outsize, the charming term used for the more volup ladies in the 1940's.
Beautiful detailing with gathered yoke, a two-way collar, pin-tucked front and smart long sleeves, it is a great wardrobe staple and looks fabulous with high waisted trousers.
Please note it is NOT as vibrant as it is showing in the photos, it is a much softer shade in real life.
