This wonderful scarf was made in the 1940's or 1950's by Jaqcmar. 

A beautiful soft yellow base with a hand finished edge it has a bold floral print in pink, green and brown. Made from pure silk it is gloriously soft to the touch.

The perfect finishing touch to your vintage outfit.

Condition

The scarf has been carefully washed and pressed and has the following points to note;

  • when held up to the light there are some small areas of thinning
  • three pinholes in the middle
  • some light marks in the middle
  • some discolouration on one edge where something has clearly been spilt on the scarf as it feels a little stiffer

Even though it has the above issues, it is still a beautiful piece which can be carefully folded to hide the issues. Priced accordingly.
