This sweet little brooch was made in the 1940's or 1950's.
Made from cream plastic with red painted wing tips, the brooch depicts a dove in flight and fastens with a simple pin.
Doves are a symbolic peace, freedom and everlasting love so this would make a perfect gift for a loved one and would lovely on a lapel.

Good - just shows minor wear and the only point to note is one teeny tip is missing from the top wing - see photo.
