This beautiful full open feed sack dates from the 1940's or 1950's.

Made from medium weight cotton it comes in green, blue and yellow with a white floral print - reminds me of waterlilies. 

I use these feed sacks for blouses but they are also good for crafts.

 

Measurements

36" wide and 42" long but there are some small holes you'll need to work around

 

Condition

Has been washed and pressed but there are some points to note;

- some small holes, biggest is about 15mm 

- when the thread was removed to take this from a sack to a flat piece of fabric, someone did it a little roughly and some stitch marks are visible - this isn't uncommon
