This utterly fabulous hat was made in the 1940's by Jacoll.

Made from wonderfully soft cotton velvet in a beautiful deep blue, it is designed to sit towards the back of your head with the ruched section standing up slightly and it is trimmed with an oversized bow on the right front. 

 

Measurements

The inner band measures and you might want to consider securing the piece with an elastic or a hat pin.

Condition

Beautiful - the upper is in wonderful condition with just the slightest rub on the velvet nap around the hand. Some light wear on the inner, but this isn't seen when worn.
