A charming, and iconic, cotton floral house dress from the 1940s.
This piece was originally designed to be worn over a dress to protect the clothes when housework was being done. However, it makes a perfect day dress and is far too good to only be worn in the home.
Made from floppy rayon the print features cornucopia in two-tone green and pink, surrounded by swirling ribbons and white daisies. The print is absolutely stunning and the dress has two patch pockets, side ties to cinch in the waist and buttons down the front with black buttons.
Please note the colour is truest in the close up of the fabric. Hat is not for sale.
