This fabulous coat was made in the 1940's by June MacKay.
Made from fine wool in a dove grey it is fully lined with soft crepe. Single breasted with a classic shape in the body, it is the back skirt that has the incredible detailing with deep pleats giving great movement as you walk.
A timeless classic that is the perfect weight for the slightly warmer months.
Measurements
The coat will best fit up to a 37" bust, depending on what you intend to wear underneath it. To ensure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own and please note all measurements have been taken on the outside of the piece;

Condition
Good with some minor points to note;
- there are 4 small darns on the piece, 2 are on the top of the right shoulder and 2 are shoulder, just above the right sleeve
- minor discolouration on the inner back neck
- there is a mark on the inner right cuff - see photo
- light wear to the lining
