This beautiful jacket was made in the 1940's and is labelled O'Rossen of California.
Made from lightweight smooth wool in a wonderful red and dark green check it is a great wardrobe staple.
Double breasted design with a neat collar, that can be worn fully buttoned to the neck but looks equally well with the top button left undone, it has decorative buttons on the sleeve ends, has side vents, patch pockets and is fully lined with soft crepe.
Looks fabulous worn open or closed and because of the longer length would be great belted.

Condition
Very good with some minor points to note;
- discolouration on the lining across the top
- minor underarm wear
- one small darn on the left sleeve
- two teeny darns on the back shoulder blade area
