This 1940's apron was originally designed to be worn over your normal clothes and protect them while you're doing chores. However, the vibrant print and cool cotton fabric make it the perfect summer dress. Note the armholes are quite low so you may, or may not, want to wear something under it.
Charming print in pink, green and blue on a white background.
It goes on over your head and then has a tie back belt to cinch in the waist, there is a patch pocket and it is bound around the armholes and neck edge with pink cotton binding.
The final photo shows the apron without any pins shaping it on the mannequin.
