Made in the 1940's from medium weight linen it features a button front bodice, dropped yoke, panelled skirt and is in a pretty print of two tone blue with white accents.
The bodice unbuttons to the waist but please note there is no side opening.

Condition
Much loved - a wounded but wearable piece which is perfect for the vintage lover or 1940's re-enactor but if you are looking for perfection then this piece isn't for you.
Please note the following points;
- it is a home-sewn piece and some of the construction is quirky and some of the top stitching a little wibbly
- there is significant thinning under the arms, although no holes
- someone may have cut off the buttonloops
- there are some darns and seam repairs
- there are some small marks, possibly bleach, on the front and sleeves
Although it isn't perfect it still looks the part and has lots of life left in it.
