This classic styled piece was made in the early 1940's.
A boxy design it has broad shoulders, giving you the iconic silhouette of the era, features deep turn back cuffs and large patch pockets, is fully lined and is finished off perfectly with stud detail on the cuffs and pockets.
Measurements
The jacket isn't meant to be close fitting and will best fit a 36"/38" bust, depending on what you plan on wearing underneath it. However, to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own, and note all measurements have been taken on the outside of the jacket.

Condition
Structurally the piece is in good condition but there is some fade so please read the description carefully, and study the photographs, to make sure that you're happy with the condition before purchasing;
- there is some wear to the underarm lining and some small repairs
- a couple of spots on the front of the piece
- two small darns on the back of the right sleeve
- general over fade, but worst is on the sleeves and across the top of the shoulders - most likely from hanger wear
Even though the colour is uneven, it is still a special piece and would be great for a re-enactor or true vintage lover who can overlook the issues.
