This lovely hat was made in America in the 1950's by WILMINE.
Made from inky black felt it has a shaped crown, surrounded by a very thin band of black felt, and is trimmed with a delightfully soft ostrich feather plume which has a paste middle.
The perfect way to finish off your vintage outfit.
