This pretty piece was made in the 1950's.

A home sewn piece made from lightweight cotton, the base is a pretty pale pink with white polka dots and has accent cuff detail. Featuring three quarter length sleeves with double button decorative trim and a smart collar, it fastens down the front with 4 faceted plastic buttons.

It is a lightweight piece, which is unlined, and would work well as a blouse or a lightweight jacket slipped over a summer dress or plain top.
