This classic dress was made in the 1950's.
A homemade piece, by an accomplished seamstress, it is made from white medium weight cotton with a pretty rosebud print in turquoise, green and black.
It has a deep waist insert, which is slightly dropped, crossover bust detail and a wonderfully full, finely gathered skirt. It fastens on the left side with a long metal zip.
Measurements
This piece will best fit up to a 36"/38" and is shown pinned on the mannequin. However, to ensure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;

Condition
Very good, only minor wear. Main point to note is there is a fine line 3” up from the current hem showing the hem has been dropped.
Has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear.
