This great little wiggle dress is just perfect for the colder months.
Made in the 1950's from medium weight wool in magenta, green and purple it appears to be a home-sewn piece, executed to a good standard. It features a smooth fitting bodice, three quarter length sleeves, a broad waist insert and a slim fitting skirt. It fastens at the neck and left side with metal zippers.
Please note, the dress is shown pinned to the mannequin. The final photo shows the dress as it hangs normally with no pins.

Condition
Good with some points to note;
- there is a 1" darn on the back of the left sleeve where the sleeve is set into the bodice
- there is a 1/2" darn on the hem
- there are two light spots on the waist panel on the back
- there is some very, very minor underarm odour - this was noticed when the dress got hot when being pressed - the dress has been washed and the odour decreased but didn't disappear
Has been priced to reflect the issues.
Has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear.
