This wonderfully vibrant dress was made in the 1950's and is labelled 'Cornwell'.
Made from fine grosgrain in a flame red, it has a close fitting bodice with a cross-over neckline. Featuring fine gathers at the slightly dropped waist the skirt has a wonderful amount of swish and the dress fastens with a metal zip on the left side.

Condition
Washed, pressed and ready to wear with the following points to note;
- slight seam stress to some of the waist seams
- light iron shine in places
- a few pale self marks in the skirt, but these are only seen on close inspection
- a few slight marks on the fabric
Even though it isn't in perfect condition, it is still a great little dress and perfect for an evening out!
