This vibrant day dress was made in the 1950's.

Made from grosgrain in a rich shade of rust it features a close fitting bodice with a neat stand up collar. The skirt is smooth in the back but features inverted box pleats in the front. It is finished off perfectly with the original belt.

Condition

Good. Shows minor wear and the only actual point to note is someone has let the darts out in the back bodice to make the dress a little bigger and you can see the stitch removal in some lights.
