Condition
The dress has clearly been much loved and as such it shows signs of wear commensurate with age. There is considerable wear to the belt loops, but they still function, and there is wear to the belt, especially the final metal eyelet which has clearly been used a lot. The belt doesn't have a loop to put the spare bit of belt in when fastened so you'll need to add a popper to secure it. The dress has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear.
