This piece has been entirely hand knitted from an original 1940's knitting pattern.

A close fitting piece with a neat rib welt and yoke, the jumper has a pretty design in stripes and slip stitches and fastens on the left shoulder with three poppers and then has two original 1940's buttons for added detail.

The base shade is old pink with stripes in dark brown, off-white and a pretty green. The knit has been done in Drops Nord alpaca, which is a 45% alpaca, 25% wool and 30% polyamide which is slightly fluffy and fabulously soft to the touch.

It is an authentic reproduction of an original 1940's knit.

The colours are truest in the close up photo of the design.

It will best fit a 33"/35" bust but to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own.

Flat bust 16" stretching to 18" - there is more give to the design but if it becomes overstretched the design doesn't look as good
