This piece has been entirely hand knitted from an original 1940s wartime knitting pattern.
A lovely close fitting design, it has a diagonal twisted cable and a round neck which works really well when worn with a neat little blouse.
It has been knitted in MillaMia Naturally Soft Pure Merino which is a super soft pure wool that holds stitch definition beautifully and shows the cable off perfectly. The colour it has been knitted in is called Grass. It is really hard to get greens to photograph well so I have included a photo of the wool from the craft site so you can see what the shade is really like. It is a crisp, vibrant green and the wool is divine to the touch. It's really soft, snuggly and bouncy.
Measurements
It will best fit a 34"/35" bust but will stretch to a 36", if you don't mind slightly distorting the cables, but it won't work on bigger. Please compare the measurements below to a similar garment you already own to ensure this will fit you properly.
