These fabulous court shoes are a great wardrobe staple.
Made in the 1940's in black leather and suede, they have a neat little leather bow trim in the front.
A good sized heel and smart rounded toe, they are so stylish.
Measurements
These are stamped 6.5 but they are coming up quite small compared to other size 6.5 I've had. To ensure they will fit you, please compare the measurements below to a similar pair you already own;
Length along the inner right into the toe 9 3/4"
Widest point on the sole 3"
Heel 2 1/2"
Vamp 5 1/2"
Condition
These have been fairly well worn and are not in perfect condition. Points to note;
- the suede inners on the heels is worn and damaged - this isn't seen when worn but it might prove uncomfortable over time so you may wish to add heel protectors
- the heel tips are quite low and will need to be replaced in time
- the leather has marks and some slight white scuffs - this may polish out but I haven't tried
Although they aren't perfect they are so stylish and would be perfect for a true vintage enthusiast or re-enactor
