This fabulous tartan umbrella was made in 1940's or 1950's.

A gorgeous colour palette in burgundy, blue, black and white, the best bit about the umbrella is the stunning carved lucite handle with a purple and green middle.

Condition

Good. The fabric of the umbrella has some minor stripes of fade on the sections which must have caught the light when not in use. Has a few small pinhead holes in the top near the middle but still perfectly usable as they are teeny. The wooden top is slightly worn, see photo. Light tarnish to some spikes. Minor wear to the string on the handle. Still a fabulous piece.
